Sailing Yacht Hire

Hong Kong Yachting owns and operates some of the most unique yachts in Hong Kong.

 

It's surprising how few yachts sail around Hong Kong given the fantastic weather and beauty of the Hong Kong harbour and surrounding islands.
 
Sailing is considered a sport for the rich and famous in Hong Kong, but in Australia and many other Western countries everyone has the opportuntiy to try it. We want to turn this perception around in Hong Kong.
 
Charter the yachts for corporate team building, light show wine tasting cruises, birthday parties, client or staff entertainment, corporate days out or just good fun days on the water with your friends. All boats are fully skippered.

Sailing Charter Ideas
  • Lunch Sail - 2 hours
Instead of taking your friends/family out for lunch, tell them to pack some sailing clothes, a hat and soft, light-soled shoes. We will pick up at Pier 10, Central and have a quick sail up and down the harbour with lunch and soft drinks. We can have you back at Pier 10 within 2 hours refreshed and ready to go for the rest of the day.
  • Sailing Session - 3 hours
Pick up in Central and you'll sail along the spectaculor Victoria Harbour with great views of the city and bustling harbour life.
OR
Pick up in Stanley and you will sail around Po Toi Island and the south coast of Hong Kong where the air is fresher. You may like to combine your charter with lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants on the esplanade.
  • Half Day Charter - 4.5 hours
Sail to Po Toi Island, Lamma Island, Lantau or circumnavigate HK Island. We can organise lunch or dinner at a restaurant or on the boat.
 
  • Full Day Charter - 6 hours
A full day charter enables you to get to the more remote beaches and islands of Hong Kong. Lunch, boutique wines, beer, soft drinks and snacks are included.

Enjoy the thrill of a lifetime on ‘V1’ a 64 ft Volvo 60 Class Racing Yacht. One of only 19 in the world (the only one in Asia) and one of the fastest in the world this yacht won the Round The World Race and broke the Trans Atlantic Speed Record

'Circus'    40ft Farr Racing Yacht- capacity 10 + crew
 
Circus is a Farr 40 Racing yacht which has become one of the most popular design racing classes in the world.
 
Charters on Circus can be tailored for the more experienced sailor because we can use the spinnaker and push the boat to reach its peak performance.
 
 
 
'Ni Ni'    40ft Bavaria Yacht- capacity 8 + crew
 
Carving to windward, cutting wind and water, both at 84 degrees, is hard to beat.  In a Bavaria it is pure, hedonistic pleasure.
 
Also available for overnight stays: The Bavaria 40 can comfortably accommodate four people in private double cabins. The forward double cabin has a private ensuite head with a hot and cold shower. The two after double cabins share a second head with shower.
